🕓 How far in advance do I need to purchase my Parcel?
To make sure your Parcel arrives with time to spare before the big day, we currently require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for all orders.

➕ Can I add extra items to my Parcel?
You can! Check out our “Add-Ons” page to include things like party bags, activity parcels, or extra table settings for larger guest lists.

📦 Can I collect my Parcel?
Yes, absolutely! If you're based in Melbourne, local collection is available. Just email us at partyinaparcelco@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time and location.

🎈 Is helium inflation available?
Yes, for Melbourne pickups only, helium inflation is available for a small extra fee (and it’s definitely more affordable than most party stores!).

✨ Are custom-themed Parcels possible?
Yes! We love working on new ideas. Email us at partyinaparcelco@gmail.com to explore your dream party theme, and we’ll bring it to life.

🔁 Are Parcel items reusable?
They are! Backdrops make great bedroom decorations after the party, and foil balloons can be kept and reinflated for future celebrations.

🛠 Are the Parcels easy to set up?
Yes, setup is simple and designed with flexibility in mind. All you need is a wall or window for the backdrop and foil curtain. Embrace your surrounds and use furniture, plants, or even umbrellas to create your unique party space. Every Parcel includes a handy “Tips Guide” to help you set up and take your party to the next level with games, costume ideas, food suggestions and more.

🚚 Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia and offer full tracking via Sendle so you can keep an eye on your Parcel every step of the way.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations – Party Parcels can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch, but not after the Parcel is already in transit.

Returns & Refunds – At Party in a Parcel Co, we strive to ensure every Parcel is curated to the highest standard and quality. We want every Party to be fun for all. Party in a Parcel will not accept returns or extend refunds for change of mind. All Parcels are prepared with care. If an item is missing or faulty, we will strive to replace it in a timely manner. If this cannot be achieved an appropriate refund may be possible. Please email partyinaparcelco@gmail.com to discuss your replacement or refund no later than 2 days of receipt of your Parcel.

Disclaimer – Parcel inclusions as described and represented by imagery are a guide only. Party Parcels are subject to slight changes in “Balloon Bundle” and "Backdrop" designs, however all key items will be included and no less, in many cases more items will be included. Delivery of Parcels are subject to the manufacturer’s timely delivery of items and Party in a Parcel Co cannot be held liable for delays. For this reason we highly recommend all Parcels are purchased no less than 4 weeks from the date of the Party.  Any Parcels on the website may be discontinued without notice, however all orders will be fulfilled, replaced by another Parcel or refunded in full in the case of discontinuation.
